This website is provided for general information about SetuDev and our work. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.
This website markets our custom app-development services, but using the site does not create a client relationship or any obligation to perform work. Any studio engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by SetuDev LLC and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls. The studio intake form is a request for information only and does not form a contract.
The content, design, and marks on this site, including the SetuDev name and bridge mark, belong to SetuDev LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetuDev LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. In no event will our total liability arising from your use of this website exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hoke County, North Carolina, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
