How SetuDev LLC handles information on this website. Effective June 16, 2026.
SetuDev LLC ("SetuDev," "we," "us") is a North Carolina limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect on this website, setudev.com, and what we do with it. Any SetuDev app you download is governed by its own privacy policy, provided with that app, not by this website policy.
This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through a form on this site. Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Our studio intake form collects your name, email, and the project details you provide, such as your company, project type, platform, budget, timeline, and what success looks like to you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We use the details you submit only to read your message and reply to you, including an automated email confirming we received it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: Vercel hosts it, Resend delivers the email generated by our forms, and Google Workspace receives and stores that email in our business inbox. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Our providers process and store data in the United States.
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our correspondence with you, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us to access or delete the information you have sent us. Reach us through the contact form and we will take care of it.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
